great access to parks and shopping for an enjoyable weekend stroll

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Katy Mills, just a short walk away, and I enjoyed relaxing at Katy Heritage Park nearby, making my city explorations both delightful and convenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during a busy storm recovery period.

The check-in process took an excessive amount of time due to additional paperwork requirements.

Had a delightful time indulging in the local eats—Fuji Sushi's fresh rolls are a must! Plus, the Tacos Y Tortas Adrian is a hidden gem for authentic flavors. The rooms were cozy and tidy, giving a solid reason to come back. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding spots to chow down nearby.

However, we wanted a chill area for family hangouts after our wedding festivities, but the tiny reception area turned into a pumpkin at 10 PM. No outside space to kick back either—definitely a letdown when you’re looking to catch up with loved ones.

Great stay with friendly service!

I had a wonderful stay during our family trip for a wedding. The room was spacious and well-maintained, which was a huge plus for us. I particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast items, especially the waffles that the kids loved. The staff was approachable and offered great suggestions on local restaurants, making our dining experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed that the common hangout area closed too early. it would have been nice to relax with family after the wedding festivities.

Family with children beware

My experience was horrific. First, I booked one night, and the room was disgusting, cockroaches everywhere, I mean seriously, it's like they were welcoming us with a pest parade. Then, when I raised the issue, the front desk lady just shrugged, offered us a different room, but guess what? It was crawling with those critters too.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you know what, I would have paid anything to not deal with that.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast included tasty waffles. Friendly staff provided great service. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. 🥞

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites in Katy. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. I particularly appreciated the soft, cozy bed and the variety of breakfast options available, especially the waffles which were a hit. However, there were areas that need improving. The check-in process took longer than expected, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The hallway outside my room had housekeeping carts that created a cluttered feeling, which I didn’t like. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, making it hard to relax. The location was convenient for dining and shopping, which was a plus for my trip.

The King Suite was huge, super clean, and comfy. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi and proximity to shops.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaint.

I absolutely loved how huge my Efficiency King Suite was! It had a cozy seating area and all the essentials like a microwave and mini fridge. Plus, the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast were such a fun touch that made my mornings exciting!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool and grabbing some sun on the loungers. it was super relaxing! The only little hiccup was that breakfast ended a bit earlier than I expected, which was a bummer. Overall, it's a great spot for a chill getaway! 😊
